Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India. Delivery may not be available to certain remote areas or restricted pin codes, which will be verified during checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Metro Cities: 4-6 business days from dispatch
  • Other Locations: 5-8 business days from dispatch
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999
  • Orders below ₹999: Flat shipping fee of ₹100
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charge of ₹50 applies on COD orders.

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. No additional charges are to be paid to courier personnel at the time of delivery.

Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable courier services including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery. We choose the shipping partner based upon the shipping location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to track your shipment in real-time.

Address Changes

We are unable to modify the shipping address once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Uncontrollable Circumstances

Cool Bee shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by natural calamities, pandemics, riots, weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
